Dinner and a Movie Final

 

Inspiration: A Clockwork Orange (Stanley Kubrick, 1971)

For this piece, I am looking to convey a sense of dystopia and the discomfort and disposable-ness that sometimes comes with the idea of a dystopian era. The movie in which this piece is inspired by has a dystopian feel to it, even though it is not all that far off from the current reality. The foods I used are meant to make the viewer uncomfortable by their appearance, while still remaining edible to push the disposable feeling of an era like this.
